Terrible / Lack of Service

Poor Poor service. Lack of communication. No progress on my withdrawal request. Even my financial advisor on my contract is just as terrible with communication. Every call that I have made to the contact center ends with a call back promise which is NEVER fulfilled. I am left in suspense even though all procedures have been followed from my end. I think it is time to move my money to another institution.
