Tax cerificates

I have retirement annuity with Momentum and for tax submission purposes I require a tax certificate from them for said policy. I have made several phonecalls to them to request my 2019 tax year certificate and was at first told that the certificates would be sent out by mid june 2019. It is the 24th of june and still I am told that the tax certificates are not ready yet. Why so tardy this year momentum?
