Taking the Legal route, Enough is Enough!!!!
Dear Momentum Team,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the withdrawal request I submitted on 28 February 2025 through the Funds at work platform.
At the time of the request, I was informed that the payout would be processed within 26 working days. However, this timeframe has passed, and I have not received my funds or any formal communication regarding the delay. This has caused me considerable inconvenience, and I believe I have been more than patient throughout this process.
Kindly provide an immediate update on the status of my withdrawal and the reason for the delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to seek legal recourse and escalate this issue via public consumer platforms, that won be fun at all.
I trust that this matter will now receive the urgency and attention it deserves.
