it's disappointing that everytime I call momentum for update on my withdrawal after my resignation at work., as member of E Joburg pension fund. Everytime I call I'm told that an administrator is dealing with it. Today I spoke to another administrator who told me that it is in the first stage of approval and the person dealing with it it is on leave till Friday the 14th October 2022.

she further told me that I might not get it, as momentum will force me settle my bond. what kind of treatment is this, I worked for so many years and when it time to get what is due to me I'm taken from pillar to post.

They can't even tell me when exactly will the money be paid out.
