Switching Funds - What an issue????

What a massive issue it is with Momentum to get investment funds switched.???? Backwards and forwards with forms required and to be filled out & signed between me, the financial advisor and head office. It's been almost a week (since 6 Dec) and it is still not done? AND I have to pay momentum head office to do the switch because the FA does not have the authority the do this required switch. It took me less than 5 minutes online to do a similar switch with Discovery Investment. Come on Momentum, jack your online service up.
