Surplus Funds ******
Momentum have 'lost' my Dad's fund. I have confirmed from Alexander Forbes that the fund was moved to Momentum, but alas.... Momentum clearly are *****ing surplus funds.

07 Aug 2019, 14:43I confirm that Momentum Retirement Administrators have only recently taken over the administration of the Denel Pension Fund from Alexander Forbes.
As confirmed in an email to yourself, the Head of the Fund has confirmed that she will have to go through the records submitted by Alexander Forbes to determine if there are surplus benefits payable to your father.
