Sucks at communication !!!!

I have now been waiting weeks for my retirement savings to be paid out , I constantly have to call for a update when I am promised that I would be updated timorously on a issue that you guys are having , How does it take IT 8 days to do a reversal from a savings pot system I am not even suppose to be in , I handed in and submitted all my documents weeks ago I am still waiting . The other agent was treating me like the issue is my fault ! I email EVERYDAY! No response , only days later! I am up to here man! FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!
