Struggling to get a copy of my testament.

On the 16th of September Rudi / Vincent came to see us to fill in our testament. It was said that this will take 3 weeks. On the 22nd of October 2015 I email Vincent saying that we are in our 5th week and haven't heard of them and when will me and my husband get our testament (copy). He rep**** back saying that he will speak to Rudi. Received no feedback. On the 2nd of November I emailed both Vincent and Rudi giving them my new email address and asking them when will I receive my copy of testament. Rudi rep**** back saying that he will email it to me this same day. Well it's now the 3rd and I am still waiting. This is not the first time that I am experiencing problems with them.
