Still deducting money after cancellation

During February I issued instructions that they stop deducting money from my cheque account for my husband's moment policy as we are separated and getting divorced and that he should pay his own policies.<br> <br> THEY STILL DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!<br> <br> This was cancelled with my bank as well BUT STILL THEY TAKE MY MONEY FOR ANOTHER PERSON'S POLICY!!!!!
