*****ing and abuse of the elderly

Since when do you take money from a pensioner prior to sending any notification and then have the ***** to tell them - you missed the deadline - Even if this is true - and it is not - does not give you the right to take their money !!!!!! 22 April you took R1509.45 from my Dad's pension for taxes. Later the day the got a document to sign and at 13:12 it was send to you - you had the odasity to tell my Mom she is lying and she did not do it. On 26 April you send the same document. You refuse to give them their money back and you keep on saying you do not do refunds and that they (both over 70) must go to SARS and sort it out themselves. SARS says they never received the funds and if they do - my parents have to wait till July 2023 - yes they have to wait a year to get a refund. My dad has not been paying tax for 23 years since he is a Transnet pensioner that was ****** of his pension due to *******ion.

Sorry but this is a form of abuse against the Elderly - how can you take their hard earned money without notification, make them out as liers and then tell them to catch a loooong wait?????
