STAY AWAY!!!!

How does it take 7 days for NOBODY to get back to me?

I am trying to increase my life cover becuase i want to buy a new property, but absolutely no response and because of this, my application is being delayed.

What makes me even more concerned is, I am an existing client for 7 years.

I sumited a request online, i tried calling, i sent email. NO RESPONSE!!!

I am at the point where i am even willing to pay another insurer more just so that i can get better service.
