So Momentum Multiply should be re-coined #RipOff

I've been a client of Momentum's products for 5 years now and I have to say this is proving to be the final straw! For 2016, my status is maintained at Platinum so it would be logicial to indicate that with carryover points and the ability to maintain set status would not be a problem.

Oh no, I get shunted down to Silver for 2017! Not withstanding that points applicable for maintaining the following:

(a) Life Insurance

(b) Disability Risk

(c) Medical Aid

would automatically afford me 300 points of the bat (which upon review were not even placed on my statement for 2016 nor now 2017) and would have bumped me to Private Club. Oh no, you'd prefer me as a client who is smart enough to service Premiums wihtout incident to get ripped of 'very quietly' with my Multiply status which in turn contributes to further premium discounts on my concurrent products.

I say this with authority with Momentum right now as with Medical Aid claims I've had to refer the matter to the Council for Medical Schemes for your company to live up to its contractual obligations. But here, Momentum is tyring this nonsenical approach with Multiply now. Now I've already engaged alleged customer service on this issue and gotten the usual boilerplated response of how I can 'acquire points' further to get me up to Private from Silver.

Well, well, they must be miracle workers or plainly stupid at Math when my rightful placement of Platinum would have afforded me a clear bump UP to Private Club. Well the prejudice does not stop there with Momentum does it at this stage irregularly bumping me DOWN to Silver?

If you can't fix this without delay, then I must engage my very complacent broker, cancel ALL my Momentum products and short of him of his next commission and in turn short a company that has about as much sense as present government service delivery and the ethics of shady banks.

Good lord, live up to the agreements you've signed up to with your clients and just maybe, maybe ... you'll make more money!

Our e-mail correspondence of yesterday refers.
Regrettably, you did not obtain the required 650 points during 2016, which resulted in the unfortunate downgrade from Platinum to Silver status on Multiply.
A Multiply Premier Points guide for 2017 was provided to assist you to achieve the required 650 points during 2017 to move back to Platinum status.

Actually, your email correspondence of yesterday refers to the following:
(a) Johann Estebeth indicated that there was a *****-up on the part of Momentum Multiply and that the Platinum status remains for 2017 and correctly apologized accordingly
(b) Then a Divan Strydom emails that Johann Estebeth doesn't know what he's talking about and backtracked
(c) These matters were CC'd to a Lana Andrews (Carpede)
(d) My response was indicated to ALL and it's firm that contracts in this case cannot be manipulated to falsely extract faulty increases in Premiums with a nonsensical disclaimer of an EVER CHANGING Mulltiply co-contract which I now know NO-ONE at Momentum even understands.
This issue deserves immediate correction failing which I will be more than glad to cancel ALL Momentum products and take my business elsewhere. It's not a threat, it's a promise!
Please do not issue feigning apologies without CORRECTIVE action. It's simply a waste of time and speaks to a company that has ZERO ethical and legal commitment to their clients and this is shocking in light of the offerings of Life Insurance and Medical Aid.
