Small Print to delay rewards

<p>I am not even going to go into how ,long it took to get my account activated, points loaded etc. 140+ emails!!! it took to correct their mistakes with my passport number, validations, health as*****ts, active days device etc...</p> <p>After 3 months of hard work trying to achieve the goals and only getting R160 a month in rewards even though I am on Gold Level I find out you have to register for a health return account in order to get the rewards. This was not made clear anywhere on the brochures, its just hidden away to delay the payments being made for another month I should have R1400 a month for me and my Wife and they pay R160, now I will have to write another ton of emails and still get nowhere. If I could cancel the whole thing and cancel the gym membership I would.</p>
