Slow Service

Hi

I e-mail Momentum Multiply the first time on 23 December 2016 telling them their step calculation are wrong. From then I have emailed multiple times to ask for a status update, either they do not answer or they just say device specialist is busy. It's almost the end of the month again and our steps are still reflecting wrong. They says: "If you use a Multiply Omron pedometer, only normal steps will count towards an Active Day i.e. aerobic steps will no longer be doubled for the purpose of an Active Day. For example, let’s say you took 11 000 steps for the day of which 2 000 steps were aerobic steps. The number of steps counting towards an Active Day would be 11 000 only i.e. the aerobic steps would not be counted twice."

It seems they are not counting aerobic steps at all as they say it's part of normal steps, I have contacted the munufactures and they say "Aerobic steps are the physical exercise that helps us stay healthy. Aerobic steps are counted separately when walking more than 60 steps per minute and more than 10 minutes continuously. If a rest of less than 1 minute is taken after a continuous walk of more than 10 minutes, this will be regarded as part of “a continuous walk”."" Thus not part of normal steps.

This means there are calculating the steps wrong, trying not to comply to the saving they have to provide. It seems there way of dealing with the customer problems is to hide and ignore and hope it goes away.
