Short Changing Old customers

<p>Policy GE ********** 38 matures on 1st Feb 2016 and on their website showed an estimated value of gross R93900.00 from which the loan debt had to be deducted</p> <p>Then on 30 Sept 2016 I received an email (which I have) from Christina Manamela that showed the value as R93900.00 (no estimated) Now they want to pay me a gross R90291.00 . Service Manager Gugu Shabalala now tells me that Christina made a mistake by omiting the word estimated. Why must I pay for their incompetence? R3609.00 means a lot to me as a pensioner (DOB 13 April 1952)</p>
