SHOCKING!

I have put in a claim 15months ago for my late fathers unpaid funds and have been dealing with the mra.unclaims. I have sent all the requested documentation in October 2022 when following up I have been advised it takes 12 months, I was asked to have an affidavit made in August 2023 which I did do and submit and the latest excuse now is that they are awaiting a trustee resolution ! I am paying estate late bank fees monthly for the last 15months whilst we wait for momentum to decide what and when they will take action, the monthly fees I have incurred will probably outweigh the claim. I will never deal with this company again as it is shocking that they offer these services and take money but then it a big problem to claim monies paid to them and you literally feel like you have to beg for something that is due to you! It really is not acceptable to wait 12months and then change the tune when Momentum cannot keep to the initial deadline that THEY set and everyone is expected to just wait on them and now a new excuse , what next Momentum. You requested an affidavit in August 2023 it is now January 2024 a affidavit is valid for 12months , is the next excuse that I must get a new one cause it seems like there is only one person doing trustee resolutions. I am really not sure what type of business this is.
