Shocking administration

I transferred from my ex wife's multiply on to my own recently. The administration around this move is probably more stressful than my divorce has been. With this move Multiply cancelled my gym contract then unsuccessfully attempted to rectify this only to activate a gym contract that was cancelled in 2012, i have never seen such disregard for a client in my life. I should have a national contract active and instead I have acces to a single gym site that I have probably used once in the last year.
