Sheer Incompetance

<p>I had started a momentum Multiply membership / subscription in liue for my Gym mebership as I careless for any of its other benefits. this has been a complete waist of already constrained resources which was designed to better my health.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay currently R179.00 subscription on a monthly basis since Febraury/March also to that was paying a Virgin Activie National Membership via Multipluy at R322.00 per month. This has been nothing but infuriating and most recently i had a debit of R644.00 from momentum multiply for the month of August. I have not been able to access gym since my concluding this national agreement as I owe the same company R756.50 for a gym membership I was advised would be cancelled by conclusion of this new agreement.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is puzzling is that I now have paid all this and neither Multiply nor Virgin Active can come to a resolve while I'm left paying each month. I have after speaking to Rheema today the same *****nse and after dealing with her from Multiply, the same game of wondering what the sistuation is and having asked her to cancel the subscription she now had amnesia and could not remeber the nature of the sitaution after dealing with it for over three weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Having said all this Im incredibly disapointed and disgusted by the service and level of disregard to the financial and emotional implications, be that as it may i hope others may not be consumed by the excitement and actually ensure that the Multiply is active and that you dont take up these subscriptions in a honeymoon phase.</p>
