I have been waiting for feedback for over 6 weeks now, I was given the option to withdraw my Retirement which I took and in the confirmation email. It indicated the process would take 26 working days to complete.

The confirmation was on the 16th of Jan, we are now past 6 weeks with no funds and feedback. Then when I tried to call, I got an automated message that all agents are in training. I had already sent an email yesterday that has also been ignored.
