Seeking clarity on payout Approval timeline

I'm reaching out to Momentum FundsAtWork to understand the payout approval timeline. Yesterday, I was informed that the payout would be approved and would take up to 48 hours to reflect in my account. However, today I was told that the payment will only be made by Friday.

I'm struggling to understand the delay and would appreciate it if someone could provide clarity on the payout approval process and timeline.

Unfortunately, I've run out of airtime and couldn't ask directly. Sending an email isn't an option for me either, as I've been told it may take up to 48 hours to receive a response, and I urgently need clarification.

Despite the delays, I want to acknowledge that the Momentum FundsAtWork representatives I've spoken to have been helpful and courteous. I hope someone from Momentum FundsAtWork can assist me through this platform.
