Sales manager with apparent LLb degree tells me "good luck with trying to prove we broke the poppi act"

Spoke to a sales person called Mark and his manager Jason who repeatedly called me this morning trying to sell me a service, when questioned on how they got my number, Mark got his manager to call me who is apparently got LLb and states that him and Momentum did not break any poppi act law in getting my number and they could of even guessed it, or i had clicked on their ads, which is a complete lie, and was told i can try follow up and it will be a complete waste of my time. Basically saying they wont tell me how they got my number, using data they have bought from a company that has sold my information, and refuse to tell me who and if I dont like it, good luck in trying to make him and Momentum into any sort of hot water (typical sales lies)

I do not appreciate any of this nor will i allow it. I will now be laying a complaint with the the regulator and sending in my form 5 to ***
