Said it was paid but nothing

I jave been in contact with them the whole day yesterday, telling me that my mothers money jas been paid, but there is nothing, was at the bank and even they said there is nothing, is there anyone from momentum fundsatwork to contact us regarding this matter....

I am very very angry, for my mother has bills to pay which she cant cause the money is not in yet.
