Safe Dayz not being awarded

Safe Dayz are still not reflecting. Every time I complain to Momentum about it they email back saying my GPS has not been on, yet I NEVER turn it off. It is always on. I am not travelling at all, so I should be earning no travel Safe Dayz as per Momentum rewards agreements. I am given a day every now and again but it is not reflecting what it should. It also pathetically has some days with "invalid journey" which when I go into the journey it says I didn't go fast enough for it to count on the system. That is me going for an afternoon run. Do I now not get a Safe Day that day because I went out to exercise and it stupidly picked that up as an attempted and invalid journey? You say you want my GPS on all the time but when I do leave it on you think me running around the block is me travelling.
