Safe Dayz lost

I'm really so tired of giving Momentum bad reviews, complaining on Facebook etc. Can someone just make this stupid app work?! My Momentum app wouldn't link to my profile at all despite having been working for months. Now that it is finally working again, every single Safe Day i had has been lost. I've been told I have to provide proof that I even had any. You have a database! How must I provide proof, you have a system, find my safe days and restore them to me, please. You cannot say that you have no record of them. This is getting absolutely ridiculous.
