Safe days never work

Safe days. For the last 2 years I have been struggling with safe days. The number of safe days directly effects the discount on my life policy. I have logged numours complaints, requests for assistance. I even sent the technical app department screen shots then it worked for a few days. I believe this is a ploy to say people can earn so much discount by driving safe but the app never works. I have checked the app and get all greens on the check. Even when I work from home no safe day.
