Sad Story

I have contacted SARS on 02nd March 2020 @ 10:40, and the call reference number is ***. I was told to tell whoever is assisting, that Rosie Willemse has passed on 16 January 2020. There is an amount to be paid out from Momentum, and whenever Momentum submit for a tax directive, they are told that tax number is inactive. Zola at SARS said we must then just ask to have the Tax number re-activated, so Momentum ask for a tax directive, and then momentum can have the money paid out. There are no Estates or anything, so there is no need to go to Maters or Home affairs whatsoever. This is money that Momentum has to pay, which was suppose to be used for the funeral.

This is a funeral benefit amount, yet Momentum wants to ask for a tax directive...is is almost two months that we are trying to get this funds back. it i the 1st time that I hear of a funeral benefit that has to be taxed on..... I have now spoken to Esther @ *** and it does not seem that anyone is keen to assist, because I get different responses from everyone at Momentum.
