I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Kedilatile Molefe. She was unprofessional, abrupt, and showed no interest in assisting me. I was interrupted multiple times, spoken to in a condescending tone, and made to feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

When I asked for clarification, I was met with impatience and dismissive responses. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I expected basic courtesy and assistance — neither of which I received.

I urge management to review this matter and provide proper training to ensure clients are treated with respect and professionalism.
