Ripped of by Momentum

I was investing with momentum and I resigned from my job and requested a pay out of my money because I am moving, and they refuse to pay me all my money. but I had to pay my premium every month, I would never have invested with them if had know I was not going to get my money. on the payout forms I requested 100% of my money because I could put in a percentage and that's what I wanted. they send me a email that informed me they will only pay out 35 %. that's unacceptable when I want a 100% of my money.
