Rip-off for a pensioner aged 80

1967 or even prior my dad Mr CM Pillay took out a policy with Momentum for a policy valued R2000. He, in fact has paid in excess of R2100. We completed docs and I forwarded to Momentum. The least we expected was the value of the policy R2000 - maybe not even all the premiums we paid. But guess what - Momentum rips off a pensioner and deducts R520. We are not taking millions of even hundreds of thousands. We asking for the value of the policy of R2000 - after over 47 years of paying. Surely Momentum can realise the need of the client now ? I don't expect all premiums paid - we understand the insurance business - but paying for as long as > 47 years we expect the value of the policy of R2000 paid to this pensioner
