RIDICULOUS service - for access to my money!!!
No feedback from Tracy Chetty regarding my Funds At Work payout. This will be week 4 from exiting the fund. Unacceptable!!!!! received an email so promptly regarding my decision with the fund, made the decision within a day, 4 weeks later still waiting. Next they will tell me they waiting on SARS re my tax. WHY is it taking so long when I know of instances where it has been done within week 3 from exiting.
