Rick Carstens made empty promises

Name and Shame: Rick Carstens is a financial advisor at Momentum. Die Perdeplaas advertised a fund raising event for Wetnose Rescue Centre. He called Die Perdeplaas manager to get details 6 weeks prior, promising an e-mail with sponsorships. Of course, it never came. We called him 10 days before the event and he promised once again sponsorship, we just needed to send an e-mail with details. He never corresponded. He was contacted again, 4 days before the event.. his excuse is: "It's too late now.. I got busy with my own stuff" Please help me understand empty promises from a well established company with absolutely no regard for an animal charity.. Shame on you..
