Retirement funds
<div>Good Day.
I would like to know exactly how long does it take for o e to receive their retirement funds if they have filled in and submitted but already its more than 14 days since the day I submitted.. I'm actually surprised why mine hasn't reflected on my bank account but those Iwho have registered and submitted after me have already received their funds but mine I haven't received.. why? Ehats the problem?</div>

To this day I'm still awaiting your relevant fund manager to call me.
I'm so frustrated with your customer service..I have sent you emails a countless times with the same reply over and over again and all your replies look same whereby you state that if our query it's urgent we should call you then come to the calls, I have wasted my time and money buying airtime worth of R50 calling you and your call center yet none of the them are ever available. I'm.so ****ed that I've wasted money trying to call people who never respond to their clients.. I even complained on Hello Peter you sent me an email right away that you would call me that was last week money and to this ****en day you haven't called me..
