retirement fund delay

my name is Isaac Ntsabeng Mahloane.I retired from Engen petroleum limited last year August. I still have not received my retirement funds till now. Everytime i call them they say they are still busy with my file.I am on chronic medi cation and need to attend the doctor regularly.I do not understand what the problem is.Can you please make a follow up on my behalf.
