Retirement Annuity withdrawal

Request logged 28 October 2024 My calls were dropped realising it’s almost knock off time. They promise to call back and never do. I was put on hold and the next thing I’m off by a male consultant called Sihle. I’ve never used so much airtime, and still not get assistance. I am always the one initiating and ensuring it’s expedited, still have to call more than twice the same day.

I’d rather invest my money elsewhere. And mind you during the day it’s pillar to post. I’ve used my airtime calling and to date I haven’t had any feedback.

I would rather take my savings elsewhere or not have any at all. I call everyday more than 4times and it’s been three weeks. I’ve never seen such pathetic and unprofessional service especially in this day and age.

I want nothing to do with this company and would rather withdraw altogether.
