Retirement annuity tax certificate/ INVESTO DEPARTMENT.

I have never been this disappointed, I don't know how many emails including my ID and member number I sent regarding my tax certificate enquiry, the sad part is that my SARS submission date is due soon. The response/feedback I have been receiving from your *********** staff it's not even related to what I was enquiring about, I Don't know whether they are using auto reply or robot but it's not nice. or maybe for one to be attended needs to write a petition requesting to be assisted accordingly. All I am just asking for It's my RETIREMENT ANNUITY TAX CERTIFICATE AND CLEAR COMMUNICATION.
