Request Ignored

I have a Broker account with Momentum Securities and I have requested my Broker personal details on two occasions without any success. The first was to a lady "Alison Jamieson" on 26/11/2019 (Please supply me the contact details of my broker as well, and I think the person is/was Neil,) The second was to a lady "Sandra Jenga" on 10/12/2019 (Please provide me with my brokers contact details as I will be out of the country as from 16 Dec to 28 Dec 2019.) I have to date today 13/12/2019 had NO broker contact details sent to me and am thus unable to speak to my broker. This is pathetic service Please rectify and address appropriately Kind regards
