Remove my email address

I left a companies employee last year and on the 16 January 2018 and again on the 09th of February 2018 I requested you remove my email address from your system via email. Today the 06 March 2018 I am still receiving that companies employeee's personal information. Upon speaking to Khanya Nhlapo she confirmed she cannot find the emails and despite me informing her I had left the companies employ so was no longer permitted to received their emails she refused to take my email address of your system. I have confirmations both my above requests were received however today nothing has been done. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told at 16:45 - she had gone home for the day and no one could help me. I am shocked surely the companies who deal with you expect you to keep employee information private - after admitting I no longer work there how can it be refused to remove my email address?
