Release my Funds/Poor Service and communication

Momentum FundsAtWork- i resigned on 2025 July from my previous employer. I submitted my withdrawal form on the 24th of March 2026 and up untill today there is no update to my withdrawal process. I only receive automated responses when i sent an email for updates Momentum service is very dissapointing especially for such a big company. Am beyond dissapointed Kindly release my funds as that is not your money to keep. If no action is taken i will consultant the ombudsman as you are delaying my withdrawal process
