REFUSE TO PAYOUT - MUST GET DOCUMENTS AFTER 22 YEARS OF MY FATHERS DEATH

I am very dissapointed in Momentum. Since last year we have been struggling to get an pension fund payout from them after my father passed away in 2002. They make it that you will never get the money.

They want you to get the following: Letter of Executorship or Letter of Authority from the Court – from our records, I could establish whether this information was previously provided. Kindly note, the LOA is normally either the surviving spouse or child of the deceased when visiting the Court. Certified id copy of the appointed person from the Court Bank statement not older than 3 months of the appointed person from the Court Proof of the activated SARS tax number of the deceased. I could not establish from the database whether the tax number has been activated by SARS – Please advise.

Why all this and where do we startr? For R11,000, you need to spend probably all the money to get all these documents and why activate his tax number? After a year of struggling, we still are nowhere. What they probably want is to tell them to keep it, to get an extra bonus..... HELL NO!! 🤬🤬🤬
