Refuse to pay out claim that they contacted us for!!!!

We where contacted by Momentum for a payout for my mother FundsatWork policy. This was September 2024. Getting all the paperwork work done and spending a whole day at the Masters office to send them the required documents, the now giving us the run around 7 months later. They keep on saying someone will phone us back, but they never do. We even got an email saying they are liquidation Good day Adrianna,
