Refusal to accept FA declaration

I am an IFA. Momentum refuses to accept my declaration that I was in the presence of a client when he signed instruction letter for a section 14 transfer out.

According to Momentum the clients signature differs from what they have on record, but they refuse to accept my declarion as I do not have a code woth them? It looks like that they only accept declarations of contracted IFA's and not independant IFA's.

I cannot see how this makes any difference as I was appointed by the client in terms of the FAIS act. The respnse I received was incomplete, not expalined and I experienced it as very unfriendly.

I wonder who the person was responding to my emails? Emails comes from "Momentum", no name included.
