Refusal for cancellation

I took a joint life in 2006 with momentum.Unfotunately in 2017 my wife divorced me.I informed the consultant Salomi oberholzer.She said she is going to split the benefits and the premium..In my I decided to surrender the policy as my financial status has changed.I was told that I cannot surrender the policy I am going to forfeit e everything.I had no choice and a accept .I was informed that I have a joint policy and I cannot cancel without a concern of my ex-wife whom I don't know her where abou***** been 3 months now struggling with the debit or that the cancellation department refises to cancel,I feel that the consultant betrayed me for her own benefits and my money is deducted every month despite my cancellation.i am very disappointed indeed
