Refund due not paid!!!
It has been two months that I have waited for momentum to refund amounts paid that should not have been deducted. It was a requirement to take out these two life policies from ABSA. Momentum was informed more than once and I used all the correct channels. Cession of the following policies was lifted two months ago - *** and ***. I did not want these policies! However it was a loan requirement. I have settled the loan and comp**** to my obligations. Do not now play ******** about this!! I want the incorrect deduction refunded immediately!!!
