at it again,still waiting for a response to the progress of my claim since 2019/02/24 ,its been 100 and something days now .......................all they keep on sending a survey after each and every contact you ,what must i rate actually .

such a waste of my airtime calling day in and day out and getting the same reply.

and even sent email to their head of department and was redirected to the very same useless team .
