RA account

Morning I don't know where to turn to I suppose you. I need your help. I turn 55 in may this year I have a RA that can only by law pay me beginning June. I've been looking for a job for 3 yrs now aa and age no go. My wife is 63 suffers from emphysema she has to work long hours otherwise we won't have a place to live or eat. I'm not asking for a handout what I'm asking is with all your contacts would you possibly know of people or a org that can help me with 50th. The RA is worth 68k. I wud like to buy a bakkie and again with your contacts do deliveries or transport or any work. I need to work so I can get my wife decent meds and a proper Dr. The clinic she has to walk to don't care. Again I'm not asking for a backhand I'm asking for help I'm willing to do anything I just want the financial backing till the end of may then I'll pay it back (I can't get credit). I just want to be able to get my wife to a better place medically wise.
