R1000 cash back is a joke

I gave one star because I had to. In December 2020 I joined Multipy and I was given the option of either getting a free watch or R1000 after three months. I went with the R1000 option. The sale consultant never mentioned that there were additional T&C's. I have proof of this in my emails. So March 2021 arrives, no R1000 and I had to follow up with the sales consultant who advised I needed a card. The card was ordered and that was a mission as there were problems getting the card and then linking the Dischem and PnP Smart Shopper... Thankfully that got sorted. I followed up with a lady called Rhonell on 6 October 2021 about the issue and she assured me she would provide me with feedback and all I had to do was send the email from the sales consultant indicating that I was only told of the R1000 cash back and no additional T&C's. I did this and I waited a week, thinking I was being reasonable. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback and for Rhonell to get back to me. In one email I was told she would provide feedback within 48 hours. Well that never happened. In another email I was told management would get back to me. That was last week and I am still waiting. What a complete waste of money for 10 months to receive nothing in return just bad service. Totally shocking and such a waste of hard earned money.

I doubt anyone from Momentum Multipy will reply as they are just concerned about money.
