Putrid Service

Extremely disgusting disappointing service. Your calls don't get answered. Yet you been hanging on the line for 30 mins. You get shoved from pillar to post. I been told after 4 weeks my claim is with the bank during the 4th week of my application. During my 5th week they picked up errors on my application so in fact it never made it to the bank. No one phone you back to correct your application. They just sit there promising to assist. You even get promised a personal email. I. Still waiting. Momentum you should either hire more competent staff or close your doors, as your service is pathetic 🙄 😒
