Provident payout

I'm so frustrated with the momentum. I submitted a claim on 99/12/2024 and still have not received my money. I call every day for a follow-up, but no one seems to know what's going on. I keep getting stories. At some point, some said my claim was not submitted as whoever was busy with it was on leave. I'm beyond frustrated a I just need smy money to be paid into my account it can't take over 8 weeks for a payout on a claim that was supposed to be finalised within 7 days.
