Provident funds not paid out

I requested for a withdrawal of funds after I had to leave my former employer. Everyone I call I am being told it’s being processed and the funds will be paid out this week. That week passes and nothing has been paid out. A date would help. Often times the call centre agents sound like they are guessing when providing information. It’s so frustrating.

I have had medical aid cover with Momentum in the past and have been pleased with their services in that regard. However, the services received for withdrawal of my Provident funds confuses me because I have always been pleased with their services.
