Provident funds CDG950V

We had a very bad service with momentum fundsatwork, my father passed away 2019, momentum was supposed to pay provident funds and death benefit, till now the case is still unsolved, my father worked for Metrorail for years, and the company was changed to Prasa, He worked for morethan 30 years, we received a statement but no payment, when we call they always saying they are waiting for Prasa to submit the death claim, ref CDG950V
